A Memory....

Sometimes people say that I have a chip on my shoulder. I quickly set the record straight: I don't have a chip on my shoulder; that's a potato. I didn't plant it; my childhood and early adult experiences did that. But this potato has a purpose -advocate for those who are too weak to advocate for themselves; to encourage them to own their power as I own mine and make their tomorrow better than their today; to encourage others to see past their hurt, losses, and failures. Embrace accountability and take hold of the hope that God provides with each new day!
