February 28 (Last Day) Saturday  8:00 am – 3:00 pm

        According to the Cumberland County Board of Elections, Registered voters may update their address and change vital information in an existing registration record at an Early Voting Site, but they are not allowed to change their party affiliation during the Early Voting period that precedes a partisan primary.
